This deliverable presents the mid-term review of communication and dissemination activities conducted during the first 18 months of the Move2CCAM project. It evaluates performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), provides insights into audience engagement across platforms, and identifies areas for improvement.

Highlights of the report include:

Social media engagement:

• Facebook and Twitter/X demonstrated steady activity, with spikes tied to specific campaigns or project milestones.

Website performance:

• Over 1,700 visitors from 52 countries accessed the site, with peak traffic during major events such as EUCAD and Automotive Week.

• The majority of visitors arrived via direct links or search engines, with social media playing a smaller role in driving traffic.

Newsletter outreach:

• The first newsletter achieved a high open rate, with event-related content proving most popular among recipients.

Event participation:

• Move2CCAM organised or contributed to 32 events, engaging more than 750 participants (over 500 citizens and 247 organisations).

• The project featured at major European conferences including RTR, EUCAD, Smart City Expo, and Autonomous Vehicle Europe.

Media visibility:

• Three non-technical blog articles were published, enhancing public outreach and accessibility of CCAM-related discussions.

This deliverable demonstrates a robust and evolving communication strategy that supports the project’s mission to raise awareness, engage stakeholders, and share results across the CCAM ecosystem.
