Deliverable D3.2 presents the interim version of the Move2CCAM Data Management Plan (DMP). This document provides an updated overview of how data is collected, managed, stored, and shared across the project, in line with FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) and full compliance with GDPR.
The DMP covers both primary data collected through satellite engagement activities—such as surveys, workshops, VR trials, and AV demonstrations—and secondary data from statistical databases and previous research. It outlines how data contributes to the project’s modelling, assessment tools, and policy recommendations.
Key components include:
• A detailed summary of data types, formats, and sources
• Standards for metadata, naming conventions, and version control
• Ethical guidelines for informed consent, data pseudonymisation, and secure storage
• Provisions for open access, including use of repositories such as Zenodo and OpenAIRE
• Security measures, including a GDPR-compliant Data Warehouse hosted on encrypted EU servers
• Plans for future data publication, supporting the long-term reusability of project outputs
This deliverable ensures transparency and accountability in how Move2CCAM handles data, supporting collaboration within the consortium and enabling access to key resources for the wider research community.
