Deliverable D3.1 presents the first version of the Move2CCAM Data Management Plan (DMP). It defines how the project will manage, store, process, and share data throughout its lifecycle, in line with FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) and full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Key highlights:
• Describes the types of data collected (quantitative, qualitative, images, videos) and their relationship to project objectives.
• Details the procedures for secure data collection, storage, and access, including data protection protocols and ethical safeguards.
• Outlines the management of data generated through extensive citizen and stakeholder engagement (surveys, dialogues, workshops, simulations, AV demonstrations, VR experiments).
• Sets the foundation for the project’s Impact Assessment Tool (IAMT) and associated data warehouse.
• Provides guidance on metadata standards, versioning strategies, and open access to datasets and publications.
This DMP is a living document, to be updated at key points in the project (M18 and M30) as Deliverables D3.2 and D3.6, ensuring that data handling evolves in response to project progress, emerging needs, and technological developments.
