This deliverable sets out the engagement framework for the Move2CCAM project, detailing how over 8,700 citizens and 300 organisations across eight countries will be involved as “Satellites” in co-creating and evaluating CCAM (Cooperative, Connected and Automated Mobility) solutions.
The strategy outlines how a multidisciplinary and diverse network of stakeholders—including transport operators, industry, authorities, researchers, and citizens—will participate in a series of co-creation workshops, surveys, focus groups, and deliberative dialogues to help shape:
• Use cases and service scenarios
• Business models
• Key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Impact assessment tools for AV deployment
The deliverable also includes a detailed methodology for:
• Recruiting and engaging participants
• Structuring activities across different formats and regions
• Ensuring diversity and representation across population groups
• Monitoring participation and collecting feedback throughout the process
This engagement strategy ensures that the voices of citizens and stakeholders remain at the centre of Move2CCAM’s research and innovation activities, promoting a socially inclusive and practical approach to the future of automated mobility in Europe.
