This document provides an updated overview of how data is collected, managed, stored, and shared across the project, in line with <strong>FAIR principles<\/strong> (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable) and full compliance with <strong>GDPR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DMP covers both <strong>primary data<\/strong> collected through satellite engagement activities\u2014such as surveys, workshops, VR trials, and AV demonstrations\u2014and <strong>secondary data<\/strong> from statistical databases and previous research. It outlines how data contributes to the project\u2019s modelling, assessment tools, and policy recommendations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key components include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 A detailed summary of <strong>data types<\/strong>, formats, and sources<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Standards for <strong>metadata, naming conventions<\/strong>, and <strong>version control<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Ethical guidelines for <strong>informed consent<\/strong>, data pseudonymisation, and secure storage<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Provisions for <strong>open access<\/strong>, including use of repositories such as <strong>Zenodo<\/strong> and OpenAIRE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Security measures, including a GDPR-compliant <strong>Data Warehouse<\/strong> hosted on encrypted EU servers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Plans for future <strong>data publication<\/strong>, supporting the long-term reusability of project outputs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This deliverable ensures transparency and accountability in how Move2CCAM handles data, supporting collaboration within the consortium and enabling access to key resources for the wider research community.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deliverable D3.2 presents the interim version of the Move2CCAM Data Management Plan (DMP).
